I am cut, but use bandages, gauze roll and stretch bandages to wrap my scrotum above testicles to help stretch it. Right now I have an Ox Balls soft ball stretcher with rings above and below it, and the bandages on top of the stretcher, with a stretch netting to keep bandages in place. I will take some pics and post them soon.
