I have scars where some have been cut and drained, and I had a huge one surgically treated last year. I've never had an ass, but that one grew large enough that I had half an ass.
The resulting scar is huge and not just unsexy, but anti-sexy. A couple of small abscesses continue to drain, and I wear feminine pads or adult diapers to catch the output, which is minimal at the moment.
