I'm going to say this from experience and going to doctors and specialists, the only real way of treating phimosis is circumcision, there are alternatives but they are hit and miss and some are temporary, stretching techniques are temporary, sometimes they can make the problem cure itself like me but they can also damage the skin, I only caused damage on the frenulum and I'm going to get it sorted, another alternative is a slight cut to free the skin but this can also be temporary, doctors now are only aloud to give circumcision in case of phimosis or penile misfunction though some countries may differ, anyone who see's circumcision as a bad thing, well it's not in some cases, it's a minor operation, phimosis increases the risk of penile cancer which is why it's advised, on the subject of sensitivity it's important to keep the inner foreskin and frenulum. so hope this helps anyone with phimosis.

best thing is to get circumcized

I had a very tight foreskin about five years ago and had to go to hospital when the skin got stuck behind head which made it very sore and swollen. The doctor put different creams on to loosen the skin, he told me they'd have to take a bit of skin off if they weren't able to free the skin but eventually the skin was back to normal over my head. Since then I have had thoughts of getting it cut but haven't had the courage and have nightmares of that situation. Right now my skin works perfectly fine and I pull the skin back without a problem. I was able to stretch the skin by putting my fingers inside the opening sliding down the head and stretching or put things inside to help the skin stretch.

Just keep putting you fingers inside your foreskin and stretch the opening.

Some consider it an asset, not a problem!
