oooh yes I like to rub it!....
with a mixture of cayenne, chili powder, cumin and, salt!
Then I'd brown it on all sides in a tablespoon of olive oil heated in a dutch oven (mmmm tasty)
add 3 cloves of pressed garlic 1/2 a cup of finely diced onion 4 ounces of diced green chiles and add a cup of chicken broth!
I'd cover and simmer it for about 40 minutes before removing it to a warmed platter then adding a sauce made of flour,water, the juice from the pan and half a cup of sour cream.
Served with a decent Sauvignon under candlelight BonApetit!
