How do you reset your password? I forgot mine and there is no link to contact admin, and the reset option just leads to an empty page

Since you used the link that admin established and it didn't work as anticipated, that is definitely something that you need to address with admin. Make sure you make it clear to him that you used his "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?" option.
