Also, I explained in similar topic some time ago, that both with images stolen from commercial sites and images stolen from personal blogs of other people it's identity theft issues that can be more severe than just copyright violations. But with porn stories no one gives a shit. If the copyright owner complains, I would remove them, indeed. But in 15 years or running different sites I received only one complaint about a poem and it was not erotic. Complaints to remove trademarks or personal info are common, though.
