There's a certain individual who keeps getting their account deleted that will solicit you to join a webcam site to view their show.

That's good advice however if there is a member who has been repeatedly deleted for whatever violation, perhaps a private message to admin might be appropriate. Maybe he would be interested enough to permanently ban that members IP address.
