Not blaming admin but pics seem to appear or disappear at random. Has anyone else experienced this?

I had that issue at one point. Turned out to be a problem with my phone's cache... once I'd clear it they'd all be there.
I've since gotten a new phone though, and now I only have the problem when I change my avatar.
