I was like this when I was young. The first sign of puberty for me was increased size starting around 4th grade. By the summer before 6th grade I was 6.25 and quite the topic of conversation among my friends being that most of them were around half that size when we compared our boners. The next step of puberty was semen in the 8th grade which several of my friends were experiencing too but still not to thier full size and almost all of them had pubic hair and I still did not. I was the last one in my school probably to grow pubic hair. At 17 I finally started getting enough so you could actually tell. Most of my friends in high school just assumed I shaved because I was fully matured in every other way.

there is no TOO BIG... there might be FORWARD, but that looks very OK!
