What decides what sort of rating somebody gets on their profile indicated by the smiley face/mad face/muzzled face? I wasn't able to find an explanation for it, did I just over look it?

I believe that it is your overall interactions with others. I have the same rating as you and there's 1 level higher......not sure what it takes to get there.
