Can anyone tell us what is the best camera settings to use for action pictures, we use the "sports " setting but it still looks shitty

Wrong setting.....auto works well for most shots with a Nikon D90....you cam get better with it as you learn how to use it. stay away from the camera phones as their quality sucks. I could offer my services if I knew which end of the world you live on.
