Does anybody else recently have a problem changing their picture mode from Private to Members, for example?

I was not aware that pictures could be made private as there is no facility on my pictures to change the privacy level, so I would be interested in any replies.
Perhaps it is only available to premium members.?

No, it seems only changeable from All to Members or Friends, in any order. And to answer my own question, one can delete the Private pics and repost them for Members, for example.
