Plenty of liquids before hand to stay hydrated (it's estimated that at least on third of people in western countries are always slight dehydrated)...some 'authorities' claim fruit juices help. Also, extending the gaps between ejaculations will obviously increase the volume,...and 'edging' certainly helps too.
