Should have added, to pee and come out of both holes you must remove PA and be streched to a larger gauge. I can get a 2g in ,but feel better at 6g. Ampallang, would not go bigger than 14 or 12g. So - just realize you will have it forever (It will never fully heal up) and you will pee in 2 directions probably wanting to wit down to pee mostly until you learn how to flip it over and try to control it directionally. Or you can try to get a wand and use that to control peeing in a single direction.
