The justice system won't punish the offenders well enough to discourage repeat offenses,
All I can say is be sure to teach self defense to your children, you hope they don't need it but if i had a daughter and someone tried to take her against her will, I would cheerfully bail her out of jail for killing him.
If a fellow needs pussy there is some out there to be had without harming someone or going against their will.
And for the predators that gain pleasure by taking it against their will, there is room for them in hell far as i am concerned.And if my daughter was a victim, I would cheerfully help them pack and get there quickly.
And hopefully women will avoid areas known for problems and dress accordingly if they have to go to insecure places.some clothes arouse predators curiosity.
