UPDATE- As of April 1st, 2024, I have had some surgery to completely remove the foreskin on my penis. I was born with Phimosis, a condition where the foreskin is completely tight at the tip and cannot be retracted to expose the head of the penis. After living with this condition for 56 years of my life, the foreskin closed up completely a year ago in 2023 and I had to have emergency surgery in the middle of the night. I was in Extreme pain from not being able to pass urine and the option was to have a Dorsal Split Surgery . This meant the top of my foreskin was slit open and opened up the tip so I could pee. After a year, the foreskin started to close again, and this time the only option left was a complete removal of the foreskin from tip to base. They also removed a patch of fat at the base of my penis shaft and this allowed the penis to be seen at its natural size. Before this, I had a very small penis with a lot of loose foreskin. Now my penis is it normal size though not big by any means. So ,I am healing at the moment slowly but surely. The pictures posted are all before the surgery and I will post new pictures of my penis as it heals. So I had what they call " Buried Penis Surgery". Any men who are overweight and have a small penis , this maybe a option to get to your real penis size. Hope this helps others . |
