Hello my friends, once again I know it sounds like I always have lots of excuses for not immediately replying to your messages and compliments, I don't pick these out of a hat, I assure you, but this past month or so has been a bad time with two sad bereavements, indeed I attended the funeral of one, a long time family friend, last Friday. Later today (Monday), I am off for a short break in west Yorkshire which was booked before the recent bereavements and meeting a friend of mine when I get there, just for a few days away. I need this break more than ever now and shall be back home sometime this Thursday evening, 21st September. After that I've no plans for any more breaks this year. Never think I am deliberately ignoring you, its just the way things have been lately. And after that hideous heatwave, yesterday we had our first heavy daylight downpour in ages and then a thunderstorm in the middle of the night and it looks like its going to be wet in west Yorkshire all week, which is just typical. I'm not sorry the debilitating heat has abated but I was hoping it would be dry for the few days away. Have a good week all and take care, Luv RM xxxxxxxxx
