Should members be allowed to participate in chat if they have no pics?

Hi Boys.
It seems there are a lot of members here with absolutely no pics on their profile. These folks participate in chat and other activities. To me it defeats the purpose of “Show Your Dick /Cunt.
Should there be a rule that deletes accounts with no pics after, say 30 days of membership?

I don't think so. Non-members can access SYC/SYD main pages and individual pics. It's their choice not to post. Anyone can keep them from accessing your page or interacting with you. Just ban them, but, I would first ask why they don't post in a private msg. On chat, advice them they are not welcomed without pics.

They should be allowed to look but not able to participate in chats or contests or join groups or allowed on main page until they have a PUBLIC posted pic.
