Depending on the quality of the video, of course higher resolution means less video, they have to be edited down to the allowed maximum size. Pain in the ass for sure, but that's the way it is... It tells you the maximum size, go to video editor and start reducing it to the most interesting section you want showed. That's why many of the video's around here with guys more specifically are right around the moment of their climax.
