Every guy you see on my profile I met through Craigslist (CL). I have been using it for about five years and I'd like to offer some tips on how to use it safely and wisely.
-When you respond to a posting it will show your real name attached to a CL email address. I have an alias that I use for all of my CL correspondence.
-When you post and respond to him, he will see your CL profile email address, not your personal one.
-I suggest that if you want to meet a guy on CL you place a posting so you can say exactly what you want to do and who you want to do it with. For instance I like young, circumcised, not overweight guys that don't want anal sex so I post that and then usually the right guys answer my post.
-Don't settle! Talk to a few guys for a bit through a few emails. Avoid the "right now" guys, they're players and will suck anyone and aren't concerned about safety.
-Don't EVER share your phone number or face photo. Protect your privacy.
-Exchange height, weight and age info, and cock pics. It's important info.
-If you have any rules or restrictions (condoms or no anal sex etc.) make sure it's straight before you confirm the meeting.
-If he's coming to you don't give your address until he's about to leave his home, just a general area where you live. Some guys don't show up so you don't want them knowing where you live.
-Protecting your privacy and personal safety is very important.
-Don't leave valuables out for easy theft.
-Try to meet someone who will come back regularly so you don't have to go through this shit every time you need your cock sucked!
-Having said all of that, I have never been concerned about my personal safety after he gets to my place. 99.9% of the time they just want what you want. Some good man on man sex. |
You are right about your ad staying on CL. Personally, I'm OK with that because I am one of millions of customers and I just feel I can wallow in the anonymity that is big business but if it bothers you, you can delete your account and it will no longer be on your profile. If you choose to, you can reopen a new account and I THINK that the old stuff will be gone. I've never tried it.
To weed out the right now guys add that you're looking for next week.
