Altho I have stuff on the site, none of it is monetized, just free like here, so I don't have experience with the pay system. Also it was changed recently, but I do know that you can post videos that you made and get paid a royalty depending on how many views they get. Go to xhamster and look for a link to setting up a "Creator" account. It's a bit complicated.

There are different ways to get money there. Basic by ad-revenues, doing several cents/day/vid. You can also sell the vid or earn something with live-shows.

It's not too complicated. Of course you can only upload your own and verified content.

You’ll need to verify your identity.
It’s pretty challenging to get any revenue though; I’ve earned a few cents over several months.
