Go to the picture you want, then click on "Show it in blog or forum," then the 3rd option from the top (second from bottom), then Ctl-c, finally go to the forum thread you where you want it, place the cursor where you want it and press Ctl-v

I omitted that you must select the third choice (click on it) before doing Ctl-c... sorry.

Also, it is easiest to work from two separate tabs or windows when copying & pasting. Good luck.
