I have had difficulty getting the site to come up on my computer, and this is the apparent reason:

"There is consensus across the industry that the RC4 cipher is no longer cryptographically secure, and therefore RC4 support is being removed with this update. With this change, Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer 11 are aligned with the most recent versions of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox."

I've tried the recommended solution but it hasn't corrected the problem. Is there anything the site administrator can do to solve this problem? Information online seems to indicate that the RC4 can be updated to a new cipher which would be compatible with user computers.
