Context is everything. In the situation you describe the message is clear and probably easily understood. In casual conversation between family or friends a conversation in local dialect with local vocabulary is fine but the point of language is to enable communication and understanding so in more formal contexts a common structure of grammar, spelling and punctuation is important.

When I was limiting your ability to insult other members like Lix in forum you insisted that I should give "fair" treatment to everyone and let you say any shit you want.
