I’ve got a couple of questions for you.
[1] In the If Your Bored section, how are the side-by-side photos selected? Are they randomly taken from all thee pix on the site? Or do the members have to give permission to have photos shown? And can a member opt out?

[2] Also, in the If Your Bored section, do you capture any relevant data from the choices made? Such as which pictures are most popular? Which subjects are the most/least liked?

[3]same as above but regarding the Question of the Day section: any data captured on the answers to these questions?

1. Pics that are for friends or otherwise private are not shown there, indeed. Besides that I'm not sure what permission are you talking about. If someone does not want their images to be seen why do they post them here in the first place? I would suggest them to delete their profile to "opt out".

Supposedly you want other people to see your photos and my task is to get maximum exposure to them and that's what I'm doing by that. Trying to make people view pics that did not get noticed, never got to a front page, etc.

2. I'm not sure what page you are talking about exactly. If about this one /rate_images.php you may see "View Top Rated" link in the header (may not be shown after midnight since this section is supposed to be reset when new month begins).

3. I suppose you never found this link /qotd.php otherwise you would not ask this question.
