You read how, in the FAQ, on your page.

Let me show you. Click on a picture, say,

This can be your picture or video or any member's pic or video.
Then scroll down until you see
"Show it in blog or forum"
Click on this. You will see 4 options:
-- Direct Link
-- HTML code for webpages
-- UBB code for most of forums
-- another format UBB code
and codes next to them.

To post HERE, pic the third option:
Highlight the code, COPY and PASTE here.
Then the picture will be posted.
