The Pee Shiver is an involuntary, bodily reaction that many men experience just as they are about to finish peeing.

It usually occurs after a very long pee, or if the guy has been "holding it" for a period of time.

A "chill" runs through the body and causes it to shiver reflexively.

One of the coolest experiences (it feels awesome!), but it also explains why the last bit of pee sometimes misses the potty...
