This depends on your situation. I have Type II Diabetes and one side effect is it is difficult to keep an erection whether I am excited or not. Suddenly, and for now apparent reason, my erection becomes flaccid. While my partner doesn't like them, they do the job very well. Yes they really help your cock to stay hard. ero2715 is right though … you cant wear them too long. MY bf and use rings after we shoot our load the first time … it helps bring the erections back faster for a new go-around. Yes I do use them now and again and it doe's keep my erection up. Be aware though you must release the pressure on your cock/balls every 15 mins.
