I like salkine infusions in the ball sack, too.
The max I've used is 2 Liters.

It's great to carry extra weight in your ball sack, that is 1.5 liters of saline solution was infused.

When you infuse your ball sack with saline, it will become big round and heavy like a waterball. This doesn't hurt. When your body absorb the saline your sack is going back to normal shape, which doesn't hurt, too.
