Dier did the meatotomy and frenulectomy very well. Looks good. I did a frenulectomy and then a meatotomy. Now I am stretching the meatus with Hegar dillators in 0.5mm steps. I have achieved 13mm so far. At some point I'll get a finger in. I need 3-4 months for 0.5mm growth.
