OK, before I get totally flamed here, let me say this is a personal preference thing... We ALL are entitled to our own likes/dislikes right? lol

I am NOT a fan of tattoos. OK, that's not 100% true, I don't mind a small, discreet tattoo or two but the over the top, cover half your body type? No thanks..

I have a number of friends, girls and guys who have in fact gone WAY overboard IMHO with tats and again, in my opinion, they've absolutely ruined their lovely bodies..

Hey I can appreciate the art work for sure but still, for me at least, seeing a HUGE tattoo is a major turn off.

Even on girls FEET for the love of cornflakes. Yuck! I don't want to slurp on ink, I want natural, delicious skin... LOL

Example: Ginger here has some very tasty feet. Too bad she got a tattoo on both of them! Totally ruined them for me..

I know folks get tats for all KINDS of reasons and some have a LOT of meaning but..... well I'm just not a fan.

Sorry..

How about you folks? Are you fans of tattoos? Do you have any?

Please, NO FLAMES!! Express your opinions but be nice OK?

lm not a fan of most tats either, well the badly thought out garden variety type, that you really cant see what they are and cheap looking. nothing worse than a poorly done tattoo, or a long verse written on someone... do they really expect people to read it??? or the wrap around ones, that you have walk around them to see what the hell it is. In my opinion, most tattoos look like they are drawn by 10 year olds, coloured in by 7 year olds and have absolutely no real meaning to the person wearing it. the moment you pick a picture from a catalogue, you just entered the generic ink club of permanent scribble.
then you have the 'fixit' tats, the tat over a tat that never looked right and than looks more crappy because of a bad cover up, lve even seen a quadruple coverup, 4 goes and it still looked like shit.. l don't have anything against anyone having tats, but when you scribble 'fuckoff' on your forehead in permanent ink and than cant work out why you cant get a job... than l think you should just have written 'reject' instead. *Lix*

Hard to disagree with ya baby! PLUS when folks get older...... well those tats tend to look rather sad eh?

I have friends who got tattoos when they were in the service. Now 20 years later they are ugly blue blobs. I just wonder what they will look like when they are older?

I'm with you, Chupete. I'm inkless but, my choice is not for everyone. I don't see anything wrong with a tasteful one in an appropriate place but, covering the body or a huge part of it? NO NO NO.
