I did, thank you, and you? There's a lot of work and preparation for that 30 minute meal but I'm thankful for having an office job and employer that gives me Thursday and Friday off with pay!

This is the time of year when I surely am thankful that I do not work in retail.

When I was young and lived at home, my pops did not like poultry of any sort, although he was "okay" with turkey one time per year, on Thanksgiving. My mom and grandma always made a delicious traditional Thanksgiving meal. So good....
